I designed an interface unit between the Motorola GT + GPS module and customer radio equipment. The system is based on the Atmel AR 8515 chip and collects data from vehicles transmitted via GSM network.

I designed x25 radio network for telemetry. I designed the X 25 controller based on 8051 chip. I completed the programming, PCB design and electronic design. This terminal node controller connects to a telemetry controller and transmits data to the central computer via a radio network.

Duties

I was the lead programmer on a project to develop a sign control system/scheduler. The program works in real time to controls large TV like screens. It allows the system to play media-clips, real time video, show current time, temperature and so on. The program contains a set of custom Active X components, it supports 2 types of sign controllers: via COM-port and via direct port access.

I was part of a team which developed and audio transmission and receiving system. The program consisted of two modules transmitter and receiver. The transmitter captures/records the audio stream from the audio card ad sends it over the network in real time. The receiver receives the stream and reproduces/playes it.
The program was developed for API 32 without any high-level libraries like DirectX, MFC.
